My Online coaching program is a system that includes the following:

  1. Initial Intake and assessment

    1. Intake form.

    2. This will be followed with either a call or email discussing an approach we will take to reach your goals! Some of the topics that will be discussed are:

      • Injury/medication history

      • Nutritional preference and history

      • Training history and preference 

      • Lifestyle based questions

      • Tactics that have worked/not worked previously.

  2. Customized lifestyle guidelines:

    1. Reaching your goals successfully takes a “whole-listic” approach and this includes all factors of your life. Upon beginning your online program you will be provided a lifestyle plan to aid you in reaching your goals.

      • Stress

      • Sleep 

      • Exercise

      • Nutrition

      • Digestion

      • Supplements

      • Mindset

  3. Custom Exercise Plan

    1. This will be an exercise plan that is completely tailored to you and your specific needs.

    2. This plan will be updated as your coaching goes on to accommodate your lifestyle and individual needs.

    3. Any changes needed can be accommodated by me.

  4. Custom Nutrition Coaching

    1. You will receive a custom nutrition plan consisting of macronutrient goals, shopping lists, and other nutrition advice to aid in your goals.

  5. Access and Accountability

    1. As your coach I will be with you every step of the way as your goals are my goals! Reaching your goals takes a team effort with both of us having our eyes on the same goal. 

    2. I am available through email(preferred)/text 24/7 for any questions or concerns you may have.

    3. Depending on your program we will have weekly or bi-weekly check-in’s to make sure we are going in the right direction along with any adjustments that may need  to be made.

IN-PERSON TRAINING/COACHING

One of the best way’s to reach your goals is to hire an in-person trainer. If possible, choosing to do either 1-on-1 coaching or group training is a great opportunity to optimize your return in the gym. Working with me through an in-person program allows for me to guide you through workouts and gauge intensity and proper form.
